Girls Soccer

The senior girls had a fantastic year this year reaching the semi-finals of the division 2 league.

We lost our first game to Moone, who topped the group with three wins from three and reached the final. We won our second game 3-2 against Kilmead, after being 2-0 up we conceded two goals, however the girls never gave up and scored the winner with ten minutes to go. That win put us into the semi-final. The girls played their best game all year but unfortunately we couldn’t score. We lost 1-0 but it was a super game. We will have a 5 side competition at the end of the year and we are looking forward to that.
